Please read these Terms before using the JAG Research catalog or requesting laboratory materials. Last updated September 25, 2026. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.<\/p>\n

1. Agreement to these terms<\/h2>\n

By browsing the catalog, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Research Use Only notices posted on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.<\/p>\n

2. What JAG Research is \u2014 and is not<\/h2>\n

JAG Research operates solely as a supplier of laboratory compounds. It is not a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility under Section 503B. Materials are not FDA approved.<\/p>\n

3. Research use only<\/h2>\n

All products are intended strictly for laboratory, investigational, and scientific research. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, food, cosmetics, diagnostics, clinical application, or therapeutic treatment. No product is classified by us as a drug, dietary supplement, or medical device.<\/p>\n

4. Eligibility and age<\/h2>\n

This catalog is for individuals 21 or older with legal capacity to contract, and for qualified researchers and laboratories.<\/p>\n

5. Your representations<\/h2>\n

You represent that you request materials solely for lawful laboratory research; will not administer them to humans or animals; will not offer them as therapeutic agents; and will follow institutional protocols.<\/p>\n

6. Prohibited uses<\/h2>\n

Human consumption, self-administration, unauthorized animal use, food-additive, drug, cosmetic, household, diagnostic, recreational, or therapeutic use are prohibited. Fraud, scraping, malware, and unauthorized access are prohibited.<\/p>\n

7. No administration or dosing advice<\/h2>\n

JAG Research does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, dosing, injection, or treatment guidance. Handling notes are for laboratory storage and preparation only.<\/p>\n

8. Listings and documentation<\/h2>\n

Unless a page states otherwise, purity language is \u226598% (HPLC verified). We may correct listing errors and refuse requests placed against an incorrect listing.<\/p>\n

9. Orders and payment<\/h2>\n

Orders are paid by cash on delivery. Adding an item requires a research-use acknowledgement.<\/p>\n

10. Shipping<\/h2>\n

Materials are packed as lyophilized powder in sterile sealed vials labeled for laboratory receiving.<\/p>\n

11. All sales final<\/h2>\n

Because of the nature of these materials, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments, which may be reviewed if reported promptly with evidence.<\/p>\n

12. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

Site content is owned by JAG Research or its licensors. Do not copy or republish it without written permission.<\/p>\n

13. Disclaimer of warranties<\/h2>\n

Materials and the site are provided \u201cas is.\u201d We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

14. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAG Research and the Released Parties are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the order, or zero if no payment was made.<\/p>\n

15. Indemnification<\/h2>\n

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAG Research and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from your handling or misuse of products or your breach of these Terms.<\/p>\n

16. Third-party services<\/h2>\n

Hosting, fonts, analytics, payment, and carriers are third parties with their own terms. JAG Research is not responsible for their outages or acts.<\/p>\n

17. Termination<\/h2>\n

We may refuse a request or suspend access if these Terms are violated or laboratory purpose cannot be verified.<\/p>\n

18. Changes<\/h2>\n

Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n

19. Governing law<\/h2>\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory statute requires otherwise.<\/p>\n

20. General<\/h2>\n

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Research Use Only disclaimer are the entire agreement concerning the catalog.<\/p>\n

These materials are not approved by the FDA and are not intended for human or veterinary use, clinical applications, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic treatment of any kind. By purchasing or using RUO materials, you acknowledge that they will be handled only within an appropriate research environment by qualified personnel who understand the risks, limitations, and regulatory requirements associated with experimental compounds. Products must not be administered to humans or animals, offered as therapeutic agents, or represented as safe or effective for any medical purpose.
