We offer standard (3–5 business days) and expedited (1–2 business days) domestic shipping, both with cold-chain packaging. International orders use DHL Express with the same cold-chain standard. Free cold-chain shipping applies on domestic orders over $250.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be transferred to a −20 °C frost-free freezer immediately upon receipt. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8 °C and used within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain integrity requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised cold pack, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
